Some women seem to be made for birthing, and birth easily without any preparation. Some spend
months learning as much about birth as possible, and still have difficulties. Some prepare as for a
marathon, and others show up expecting to be able to run a marathon with no training and are
surprised when things go wrong.

Why exercise?

  • It is YOU living in that body/life
  • YOU are the one who will feel stuck and stagnant/tired and /depressed if you don't.
  • Get up out of the chair and at least take a skipping rope outside for two minutes - that will get the heart /breathing and juices going.

Exercise allows the Qi to flow and YOU to feel as though you are alive - NOT stuck inside yourself.
