The Home Midwifery Association (Qld) Inc will be hosting acupuncture training for MIPPs (new, old or those considering going into private practise) and also for doulas.

We are lucky to have secured the services and wisdom of Heather Bruce, acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist, naturopath, wise woman and Mum of four, to run the training.

The proposed outline of the two day workshop is below. Heather is open to including anything that participants might particularly want to learn about that may not be included in the outline below. This will be accredited training.

There will be an opportunity Sunday afternoon for attendees to spend time reviewing ‘difficult’ or ‘unexpected’ cases in the hope of sharing experience and wisdom with each other.

Your investment will be $175.00 for HMA members and $200.00 for non HMA members.

Closing dates for registration is Friday 30th August.

For the workshop to go ahead, we will need a minimum of 10 people by the close of registration date.
